Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Flexpurse services provided by Flexpurse Technologies Ltd. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Nigeria with a valid means of identification to use Flexpurse. By using the service, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

Flexpurse provides a digital platform for group savings inspired by the Ajo and Esusu traditions. We facilitate the organisation, contribution collection, and payout of savings circles. Flexpurse is a financial technology company, not a bank; deposits are held with licensed partner institutions.

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
• Make contributions on time according to your circle agreement.
• Use the service only for lawful purposes.

When you join or create a savings circle, you agree to the contribution amount, frequency, and payout order set for that circle. Missed contributions may affect your standing and the experience of other members. Flexpurse provides tools to manage circles but is not a party to the agreement between members.

Applicable fees are disclosed clearly before you commit to a plan or transaction. We may update our fees with reasonable prior notice. Continued use of the service after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flexpurse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity. You may close your account at any time, subject to settling any outstanding obligations within your savings circles.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
